The Salar de Uyuni in the southwest of Bolivia is high up at an altitude of 3700 metres, during the raining season the lake filles with 1m depth water sitting on 15m thick salt pans making one of the worlds most natural mirrors also creating the other name of this salt - The Salar de Uyuni.
Producing a mild salt taste perfect to use as table salt.
