Opium is a straight down the middle mix of sativa and indica whose regal presence has earned multiple awards and is recognized for its heavyweight outdoor harvests.
This plant comes with a superb flavor, fragrantly fruity and with a creamy taste. The sativa/indica mix produces a very pleasant, long lasting high that is relaxing yet lucid and productive.
A plant that is easy to grow this one is a hit with both beginners and old pros thanks to its versatility. It grows strong, with a thick stem and bushy side branches which produce big and heavy buds that are frosted over with trichomes.
Indoors, Opium will impress, and works particularly well in grow set ups using a hydroponic system. Adaptable, it will perform well as a multi branch plant and its receptiveness to training also makes it a great performer in a SOG/SCROG set up.
Outdoors, it will respond to plenty of warm sunshine and in more Mediterranean climates the harvest potential is huge and we have seen some specimens developing into bushes of epic proportions. Not the best recommendation for more moderate regions where its big buds may invite mold.

Suitable for outside growing between 50o n.L. and 50o s.L., Opium will finish in early October outdoors (n.L.) and be ready to harvest between 8 -9 weeks indoors. Estimated yield is 450 g per m2 indoors / 1000 g per plant outdoors.
